• Be responsible for all activities that occur under your account

5. User Content

Users may upload, post, and share content on our platform, including places, lists, and posts.

By uploading content, you grant Navia a non-exclusive, transferable, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display such content in connection with the service.

You are prohibited from uploading, posting, or sharing content that:

• Is illegal, defamatory, obscene, or harmful
• Infringes intellectual property or other rights
• Is harmful to minors or contains offensive material

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled beforehand.

We do not offer refunds for partial periods of service, except where required by law.
